Leslie Alexander

Dr. Leslie Alexander graduated from the University of South Florida in Tampa and obtained her medical degree the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta. She completed her Pediatric Residency at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital in Miami, FL and is board certified in General Pediatrics. She recently completed her Pediatric Emergency Medicine Fellowship at the same institution. Dr. Cohen is fluent in both English and Spanish. She loves running, crafting, making functional art out of resin and acrylic and most of all loves spending time with her husband and 3 beautiful boys. They prescribe medications to manage pain, spasticity, nerve injury, and cognitive impairments, while also leveraging the power of physical therapy to increase cardiopulmonary fitness, muscle strength and flexibility. She enjoys writing and dreams of publishing children’s books one day.
